Expect to also unpack a lot of what is ready to move within you. Yes, this is a certification for you to facilitate but it will require that you are also vulnerable and sometimes that means moving your own stagnant energy and emotions.
You will receive a certificate of completion after our 2-day in-person intensive.
Who should join this training?
This training is great for yoga teachers, women's circle facilitators, acupuncturists, sound therapist, nidra practitioners, LMFT's, life coaches, mindfulness coaches, meditation coaches and anyone else that is interested in guiding others through this modality. This is an INTENSIVE training and a lot will be covered in a short amount of time, so please come ready and open minded.
What makes NRGY Breathwork different from other breathwork trainings?
I have asked myself this question many times over the years every time I considered FINALLY sharing this offering, and everytime I arrived at the same answer, there is no one like me holding this space in this way. That same answer was the reason I hesitated for so many years to move forward, it felt like too much responsibility. However, after much prayer, meditation and mentorship I have decided that this is the right time to finally share this style, my style of breathwork. I have been personally practicing breathwork and meditation (as an intentional practice) since I was 11 years old, when my PE teacher at my middle school in Boyle Heights (East LA) introduced us to yoga and meditation. It changed my life, it gave my life direction, and it brought me here to this moment. I have studied various styles of breathwork over the many decades since and after leading thousands of hours 1/1 and in group settings I know that what I have been able to create is special and deserves to live on beyond me. As a first generation woman of color I am ready to take up space and share what has unfolded over the last 30 years of practice & development.
